Whilst this policy governs all of our products, including our Cloud platform and Self Hosted, there are differences in some respects for each point above. Where there are differences, they will be made known to you below.

What data we collect about you
When you interact with Imaginears Club or use our Products/Services, we collect various data that you provide. Due to having multiple products and multiple ways you can interact with us, we have broken down each way we collect data, what is collected, and for what reason.


Interaction with the Imaginears Club site as a nonuser
When you visit the Imaginears Club as a nonuser, we use cookies to track information about your session on our site. We use this data for analytical tools like Google Analytics and keep track of your agreement with our policies.

For example, when you accept our cookie pop-up, we store that your browser has accepted. These cookies are used purely for performance & analytics purposes, and functionality on the site.

As an Imaginears Club user with imaginears.club account
imaginears.club accounts refer to accounts with the main imaginears.club website. These accounts serve multiple purposes:

The imaginears.club website acts as more of a showcase website where we display our products and services, sell them, provide information in our blog, information about us including legal information, etc. While the site is accessible to anyone regardless of whether they have an account, the aforementioned purposes are only available to those with an account.

Upon opening an imaginears.club account, we collect the following information:

Personal Information - A given username, your First and Last Name, and your email address
Account Information - Preferences regarding whether or not you want to be contacted for marketing or update emails in the future
Note that while you can subscribe to these emails, we would recommend that you remain listed. Due to our products' nature, sometimes we need to release updates to patch certain aspects of the software. These patches are sometimes critical, and being able to contact you means we can share these patches and notify you when they become available.
Technical Information - Your machine's IP address, login times, browser type, OS, etc.
While we provide paid services through our Cloud platform, the only paid services we provide through imaginears.club are downloadable and licensable products, add-ons, and services related to those downloadable products. You can buy these products with an imaginears.club account. Upon purchasing any of these products, we collect the following information about you:

Payment Information - What products you bought and in what quantity. When you bought those products and with what gateway

Personal Information - Username, email, first & last name, address (including 2 address lines, city, postal code, and country)
Technical Information - IP address, login information related to the service in question (e.g., with Minecraft stores, UUIDs and usernames from Mojang are collected), browser types
Payment Information - Products bought and in what volume by a given user. For a given payment, the gateway used, the amount paid.
Usage Information - How much of our products you use
Marketing Information - Data we collect specifically for marketing, your preference for receiving online communications

How we store and secure your data
We use industry-standard technical measures to secure the information you provide to us. All of our services use Encrypted connections through SSL. None of which can be accessed through HTTP. HTTPS is forced on all connections.

We limit access to your data to only those who need to access it. Any such access provided will be under our strict observation and our instructions in line with this privacy policy.

Our policy towards children
Imaginears Club's products and services are not directed or specifically marketed to children under 18 years old. We understand that while we do not intend to market our products towards children and that our site isn't intended for their use, younger people may interact with our site and webstore.

Before using or interacting with any Imaginears Club product, service, site, webstore, all minors should receive prior permissions from their Parent or Legal Guardian.

You can access information regarding your account and profile on imaginears.club and Imaginears Club Cloud. This information can be viewed by you or modified how you see fit. As we provide authentication mechanisms to access this data, only you can see and modify this data.

If there is further data that you cannot update yourself, you can reach out to us at any time, and we will rectify it for you promptly.


The right of erasure (the right to be forgotten)
You have the right to ask us to remove or delete any information that you have provided to us where we have no use for it anymore. However, if there is certain information that we are required to retain for legal reasons, we may not comply with your request. This will be told to you at the time of the request. If you would like information removed or would like to talk about data that may need to be removed, please reach out to us.


The right of data probability
You have the right to receive personal data in a machine-readable format and to request for such data to be transferred from one controller to another. This information includes information that you yourself have automatically provided to us. For example, we can provide information that you have given to us on the Imaginears Club Cloud platform but may not provide information from a message sent to us on a platform in the past.


The right to object to the processing of your data
You have the right to reach out and object to your personal data processing where we are relying on your interest in our products and services to continue to use and process that data. If you want to object to the processing of your data, please reach out to us.

 

If you would like to reach out to exercise any of the above rights, please contact us by opening a ticket on our site. We will not charge you for access to your data; however, if the requests made by you are excessive, repetitive, or otherwise not normal, we may choose not to answer your request.

Depending on the amount of data required, it can take up to 3 weeks to respond to you.
